I created Willow & Flow because I'm passionate about helping women feel more comfortable, confident and connected to their bodies. My aim is to create a calm, supportive space where women can take time for themselves and experience the benefits of gentle lymphatic drainage massage. Whether you're feeling bloated, sluggish, puffy or simply in need of some time to switch off, my treatments are designed to encourage relaxation and support your body's natural processes.

I'm building this journey with the goal of helping women feel good in their own skin, while creating a treatment experience that feels personal, relaxing and completely focused on you.

What is lymphatic drainage massage?

The lymphatic system is an important part of the body's natural fluid balance and immune system. It's made up of lymph, lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes, which help transport fluid around the body and support the removal of cellular waste.

Lymphatic drainage massage uses very gentle, rhythmic movements designed to work with the direction of the lymphatic system. Unlike traditional deep-tissue massage, the technique is light and controlled rather than deep or forceful.

Many people choose lymphatic drainage massage as part of their self-care routine because they enjoy the feeling of relaxation, lightness and reduced puffiness afterwards.

Before your first treatment, you will complete a consultation and consent form so I can understand any relevant health information and make sure the treatment is appropriate for you.

The massage is performed using light, flowing techniques across the body. I will explain what to expect before we begin and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your appointment.

Is lymphatic drainage massage suitable for everyone?

Not necessarily. There are certain medical conditions and circumstances where lymphatic drainage massage may need to be postponed, modified or avoided altogether.

These can include certain infections, fever, acute inflammation, unexplained swelling, some heart or kidney conditions, blood clots and certain cancers or cancer treatments.

If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, have recently had surgery or are unsure whether the treatment is suitable for you, please get appropriate medical advice before booking.

A consultation will also be completed before treatment.

Your full-body lymphatic drainage massage includes gentle, rhythmic movements across the face, arms, stomach, legs and back. The treatment is performed using light pressure and a slow, soothing technique to encourage lymph flow and promote relaxation. The aim is to leave you feeling calm, refreshed and comfortable in your body.
